• the first 6 buildings of the complex have been built and fully inhabited;

• a functioning kindergarten has been built in the territory of the residential complex;

• decorated adjacent territory (playground, recreation area, fountain);

• security system and video surveillance installed;

• the last seventh stage has been built and commissioned, the following works are currently being carried out there:

- completed works in the apartments, the building entrances and in the underground parking;

- installed fence around the territory of the residential complex;

- installed sports ground;

- completed works on installation of the fence around the sports ground and laying of a rubber covering on the playground and sports ground;

- installed the cover above the entrance to the underground parking lot
