• the first 6 houses of the complex are built and fully inhabited;
• a functioning kindergarten has been built in the territory of the residential complex;
• decorated adjacent territory (playground, recreation area, fountain);
• installed security system and video surveillance;
• the last seventh stage house has been built and commissioned, the following works are currently being carried out there:
-all works have been completed in the apartments, house entrances and in the underground parking;
- the paving fem-tiles are ready (and its marking is executed) near all entrances in the adjacent territory, also installation of a fence behind the last turn has been completed;
- installation of sliding gates for entering the territory in the underground parking lot;
- preparatory works for the installation of a sports ground are underway;
