• the first 6 houses of the complex have been built and fully inhabited;

• a functioning kindergarten has been built in the territory of the residential complex;

• the adjacent territory (playground, recreation area, fountain) is finished;

• security system and video surveillance is installed;

• the last seventh stage is built and commissioned;

the following works are currently being carried out there:

- all  work is completed in the apartments and entrances of the house ;

- 70% of the plinth and entrances are tiled;

- electrical installation (30%), waterproofing (90%) and finishing (60%) works continue in the underground parking lot;

- lighting works have been completed in the underground parking lot;

- in the underground parking lot 90% of the masonry of additional storage rooms and  installation of entrance doors of storage rooms is ready;

- improvement of the adjacent territory is performed by 30%; now the installation of the boards is underway here (70% completed)
