• the first 6 houses of the complex have been built and fully inhabited;

• a functioning kindergarten has been built on the territory of the residential complex;

• adjacent territory (playground, recreation area, fountain) is made;

• security system and video surveillance is installed;

• the last seventh stage has been built and commissioned, 

the following works are currently being carried out there:

- all work in the apartments and entrances of the house is completed;

- the road surface is completed in the underground parking lot;

- 90% of painting works in the underground parking lot have been completed;

- paving fem-tiles near entrances 5-7 is ready in the adjacent territory;

- the fence is being installed in the adjacent territory (ready for 30%)
