• the first 6 houses of the complex were built and fully inhabited;

• a now working kindergarten was built on the territory of the residential complex;

• finished adjacent territory (playground, recreation area, fountain);

• security system and video surveillance installed;

• the last seventh stage was built and commissioned. The following works are currently being carried out there:

- heating radiators, gas meters and boilers are already available in all apartments;

- water meters have been installed in the entrances;

- all interior works (finishing) have been completed in the entrances;

- elevators have been installed, which are currently being inspected by representatives of technical supervision;

- fire and ventilation works are being completed in the underground parking lot;

- landscaping work will get started on the adjacent area the other day.
