What Changed at Yabluneva St., 11 Within Two Weeks? Construction Dynamics as of the End of March.

The construction of the building at Yabluneva St., 11 meets the schedule.

In sections 4–7 the works of installation outer ceramic brick walls and internal partition walls are about to be over. Sanitaryware installation is in the process, the workers began laying electric wiring. Ventilating stacks are being insulated to exclude possible condensation on the inner walls.

The roof in section 7 is being insulated with keramzit concrete.

In-situ concrete works in sections 1–3 are in progress on the top floors, the works are expected to be done by April 5. The builders started raising external walls and internal partition walls.

“NovaBudova” Company has improved sound insulation. Partition walls between the apartments are made of two layers of gas concrete blocks 100 mm having a layer of mineral wool plate 50 mm between them.

Soon the trench work for the underground parking will begin.
