THE RC "CRYSTAL AVENUE" CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS: SOON - THE SECOND PART OF THE UNDERGROUND PARKING COMMISSIONING

From our monthly digest, you will find out how the construction of the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka is progressing.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) the following works are currently underway:

•interior works on the floors (work completed on 15 floors);

•arrangement of the basement floor facade (600 sq. m. ready);

•installation of false ceilings (15 floors completed).

Installation of radiators and tiles on cold transitions has been completely finished. Also, the installation of lamps, fire detectors, pump room, panel, decoration of the hall, water supply to the house is 95% completed.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) the following works are underway, 

•installation of a ventilated facade (30% ready);

•installation of a wet facade (20% ready);

•arrangement of internal gas supply (50% ready);

•it is planned to complete the arrangement of the roof by the end of the month.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) the brickwork of the walls on the 8th floor has been completed.

In addition to the construction of buildings, work continues in the second part of the underground parking lot. It is planned to be commissioned by the end of September.

The masters are also working on the improvement of the second house adjacent territory. The progress of completed works here is 30%.
