We hasten to share the latest news about the construction works of the last stage of RC “Shchaslyvyi” in Sofiyivska Borshchagivka. Erection of the building at Yabluneva St., 11 is at its full speed. Solid-cast framework of the 10-story house is almost done, the workers are busy laying ceramic bricks of external walls that reached the level of 7th floor already.
Internal works also don’t stay still. Three-layer walls are being installed for better sound insulation between the apartments. The walls consist of one layer of gas concrete blocks, mineral wool, and one more layer of gas concrete blocks. Besides that, the workers started installing ventilation shafts.
