THE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE RC "CRYSTAL AVENUE": THE WORK DONE OVER THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND WHAT IS PLANNED TO BE DONE IN THE NEAR FUTURE

Construction work in the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" has been resumed!

We would like to remind you that the two houses are completely ready in the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" from the company NovaBudova. Active work is underway in three more buildings. During the last 2 weeks, when construction was resumed, a number of important tasks were completed at the facility. It is also planned what kind of work the builders will do within the next 2 weeks.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.), the following works are currently underway (taking into account the plan for the next 2 weeks):

• Interior decoration on the floors. Work has been completed on 2 floors, 6 more floors are planned.

• Arrangement of the facade of the basement floor. 300 square meters are ready. The same amount is planned.
• Installation of radiators. 2 floors - installed. 6 more floors will be ready in 2 weeks.

• Installation of tiles on cold transitions. 50% ready, another 50% - in 2 weeks.
• Installation of suspended ceilings. 6 floors are planned.

Currently, the work on the installation of lightning protection on the roof has been completed in full. And the craftsmen have planned to complete 100% installation of basement waterproofing, installation of entrance groups and commissioning of elevators within 2 weeks.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) craftsmen are working on the installation of the ventilated facade. 5% has been mounted in the last 2 weeks. Another 10% is scheduled to be completed in the next 2 weeks. Arrangement of internal gas supply is also underway. 40% is ready, another 20% will be completed in 2 weeks.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) the brickwork of the walls of the 5th floor has been completed. In the next 2 weeks, the builders will completely complete the relevant work on the 6th floor, and 50% on the 7th floor.

In addition to the construction of buildings, work continues on the second part of the underground parking lot. Light and ventilation systems will be fully installed in the coming weeks.

The masters are also working on the improvement of the adjacent territory. It is planned to equip 500 square meters in 2 weeks.
