According to the certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine dated February 28, 2022 No. 2024/02.0-7.1, the occurrence of force majeure (circumstances of irresistible force) due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which became the basis for the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, is certified .

During the period of validity of the above-mentioned circumstances, the parties to private legal relations are exempted from liability in the manner prescribed by the relevant terms of the contracts for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations, but only in the case of actual impossibility of their fulfillment.

We also inform you that an indispensable component of maintaining the economy of Ukraine in this difficult time is the restoration of all mechanisms that ensure the payment of taxes, salaries, payment of the cost of contract works and other components for maintaining the state budget and the well-being of the population.

For years, NovaBudova confirmed the reputation of a reliable partner in the field of real estate. Therefore, in order to ensure the completion of construction works and the earliest possible commissioning of the buildings, the company "NovaBudova" informs you of the possibility of paying the price of the real estate in accordance with the terms of the concluded Agreements, starting from April 18, 2022.

In turn, investors to whom the NovaBudova company has fulfilled its obligations regarding the transfer of real estate are strongly requested to pay the existing debt for the payment of the value of the real estate.
