CRYSTAL AVENUE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION: MONTHLY DIGEST (NOVEMBER 2023)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) installation of outdoor lighting, laying paving slabs, installation and automation of barriers, installation of a fire safety system in the parking lot have been completed. Preparation for planting plants is ongoing.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) the installation of power cables and electrical panels and plastering work on the basement floor have been completed. Work on the decoration of the public usage places is ongoing (30% ready), installation of public usage places doors (70% ready), installation of internal fire systems (90% ready), installation of air conditioner baskets, installation of elevator equipment, landscaping of the territory. Arrangement of the fountain area and installation of equipment in the control room has begun.

In the fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva St.) the brickwork of the walls is being completed (95% ready). Installation of sewage systems and roof is in progress.
