CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: JUNE 2026

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the second section, preparations are underway to sign the main notarized contracts, and the process of connecting to the gas and electricity grids is in progress.

In the third section, the installation of technical and apartment doors has been completed. Work is ongoing on the facade (98% complete), floor screeding (95% complete), installation of railings (97% complete), finishing work (80% complete), landscaping around the building and preparations for commissioning.

In the fourth section, work is underway on the construction of walls and partitions (90% complete), window installation, and the installation of water supply and sewer systems. Work has begun on the facade, as well as preparations for roofing, plastering, and floor screeding.

In the fifth section, concrete work is underway on the 9th floor, along with the construction of walls, partitions and the fabrication of windows.

In the sixth section, concrete work is underway on the basement level.

In the seventh section, the excavation work has been completed. Preparations for the concrete work have begun.

In the underground parking lot, the installation of the industrial flooring in Phase 1 of the underground parking lot has been completed. Work is underway on landscaping between Sections 1 and 2 (90% complete), the installation of fire protection systems in Section 5, and electrical work. Preparations are underway for applying road markings and completing the final finishing touches on Phase 1.
