CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: JULY 2026

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the second section, preparations are underway to sign the main notarized contracts, and the process of connecting to the gas and electricity grids is in progress.

In the third section, work on the facade, floor screed, electrical installations, and the installation of railings has been completed. Finishing work is underway (90% complete), along with landscaping around the building and preparations for commissioning.

In the fourth section, the masonry work on the walls and partitions has been completed. Work is underway on installing windows (60% complete), installing water supply and sewer systems (40% complete), and exterior facade work (60% complete). Roofing work has begun, and preparations for plastering and screeding are underway.

In the fifth section, concrete work is underway on the 9th and 10th floors, along with the construction of walls and partitions and preparations for window installation.

In the sixth section, concrete work is underway on the basement level.

In the seventh section, preparations for the concrete work have begun.

In the underground parking lot, landscaping work has been completed. Installation of fire protection systems is underway in Section 5, along with electrical work (80% complete), and preparations are being made for road marking and the final finishing touches on Phase 1.
