CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (JUNE 2025)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

The fourth phase (1 Kryshtaleva str.): the process of connecting gas and electricity supply on a permanent basis is underway, as well as preparations for signing major contracts.

In the fifth phase (1-B Kryshtaleva str.), the main works on finishing of the public usage places and staircases, installation of window and door structures on the 1st and 2nd floors have been completed. Facade works (99% complete), internal and electrical installation works (95% complete), installation of boilers and radiators (85% complete), arrangement of the 1st floor facade, external lighting, watering, and landscaping works are in progress. Preparations for planting and finishing works in the lobby have begun.

In the last part of the underground parking lot, landscaping works, preparations for flooring and installation of the fire safety system are underway.
