CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (JULY 2024)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.), playground installation is underway.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.), the finishing of the public usage places, lampsi installation in the public usage places, and installation of railings have been completed. Work on finishing the lobby (80% complete) is underway, installing irrigation (80% complete), installing radiators and meters (50% complete), installing a pump room (95% complete), and arranging the facade (50% complete). Preparations for water supply have begun.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), electrical installation works have been completed and the installation of windows (except for the 1st floor) is almost complete. Installation of water supply and heating systems (70% complete), facade works (30% complete), plastering works (40% complete), and gas supply installation are in progress. Preparations for the screed have begun.

In the last part of the underground parking lot, work is underway to arrange the parking lot floor slab.
