CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (AUGUST 2024)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.), installation of the pump room has been completed and water supply has been started. Work on finishing the lobby is underway (95% complete), installing irrigation (95% complete), installing radiators and meters (80% complete), and finishing work in the fountain bowl. Preparations for the house commissioning are underway.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), installation of the water supply system has been completed. Installation of the heating system (90% complete), facade works (50% complete), plastering works (60% complete), screed installation (40% complete), and gas supply installation (30% complete) are in progress. Preparations for interior finishing works have begun.

In the last part of the underground parking lot, work on pouring the parking lot floor slab continues (60% complete).
